I checked out a book that has damage (pages missing, loose pages, spine falling off, etc.). What should I do?
Answer
Let someone at the InfoDesk know about the damage. If the book is too damaged to use we can get a replacement book for you through ILL while we mend or reorder the resource.
If the item is still usable, it's still a good idea to let us know about the damage so we don't mistakenly charge you for the damage. In this case, please feel free to keep the item until it is due.
