Can I check out a book from the reference collection?

Answer

Materials in the reference collection do not circulate. These items live in the reference collection because they are useful for background information, and we want this information to be available to everyone, all the time. We have a collection of online reference materials including Encyclopedia Britannica and Gale Virtual Reference Library. You can also checkout a Research Guide for your discipline to find other ebooks. 

Additionally, you are welcome to scan sections of reference books that you want continual access to.
